Bringing home a newborn is miraculously beautiful — and exhausting. Nighttime feedings, rocking, soothing, not to mention being tuned in to every tiny sound the baby makes, usually prevents new parents from getting truly restful sleep. But rest matters. Sleep deprivation can affect your mood, energy, stress levels, and overall well-being. Getting enough rest helps you stay healthy, present, and able to fully enjoy these early days with your baby.

My postpartum overnight care is here to support you. While you sleep, I care for your baby and provide gentle support for you as well. Breastfeeding parents can choose to have the baby bottle-fed or nurse during the night while your doula handles everything else — diapering, burping, swaddling, and settling baby back to sleep — so you can return to bed right away knowing your little one is in safe, experienced hands.

Overnight care can be especially helpful after a cesarean birth, a difficult pregnancy, or when extra rest and support are needed. It’s also a wonderful option for families returning to work, single parents, or anyone who simply knows that good sleep makes everything feel more manageable.

Let me take the nighttime shift so you can rest, recover, and wake up ready to enjoy the precious moments with your new baby.

I support your whole family in establishing a new nighttime rhythm, leading to better sleep, stronger recovery, and a healthier milk supply.
