I specialize in overnight postpartum support because I understand how vital restorative sleep is — especially for new parents. Lack of sleep can affect physical recovery, emotional well-being, and may even contribute to postpartum mood challenges. While quality rest can be hard to come by with a newborn in the home, that’s where I come in.

Every family is different, so the care I provide is always tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and well-rested. While I care for your baby through the night so you can sleep, I also offer breastfeeding support, bottle-feeding guidance, a compassionate listening ear, and evidence-based answers to the many questions that come with welcoming a new baby.

I do not take place of the parents, but continue their role of support during the night. I always honor the intents, parenting styles, and unique support needs of each family I work with. My role is to cushion the mother during this period, guide parents to trust their instincts, and build self confidence so that they are able to move forward in independence and confidence in their parenting skills.

Sleep well tonight.
